House Rules

Bookings and Payments

  • Time for hire begins at the start time selected. Set up, pack down (including cleaning and moving props back to original spot) must be completed during booked times.

  • Dates and times are not confirmed until payment is made in full.

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of booking date. Cancellations made inside this timeframe will receive no refund or credit.

  • Bookings can be cancelled at the studio's discretion, with 100% refund within this period.

Studio Rules

  • No smoking.

  • No food or drink near props.

  • No candles or fire permitted.

  • No furniture to be dragged across floors.

  • Please keep the sound system at a reasonable sound level.

  • Any damage to the studio, floors, or props (including curtains) will incur a bill for repair/damage.

  • Please remove all rubbish.

  • Return all furniture and props to their original location.

  • Only the booked studio is to be used for photography. No use of common areas.

Access and Facilities

  • Hirers must notify of any damage as soon as possible.

  • Please remain on-site during booking and be contactable.

  • Hirer/photographer is recommended to obtain their own public liability insurance.

  • Bathroom and kitchen facilities are located downstairs. These are the only common areas permitted for access and use. All other areas are strictly off limits.

  • Alarms and cameras are installed in the stairway and common areas.

  • Please only use Unit 12 carpark. All other units are a no parking zone. Street parking is available and road/lane visitor spaces are in the middle.

Safety

  • Stairs are used at your own risk. Please use the hand rail at all times.

  • Minors are the responsibility of their parent/guardian, who must be supervising at all times.
